Our Customer Process

Stay informed throughout every stage of the testing process. Use your tracking code to monitor the status of your request in real time, from request submission to report release. Completed test reports are securely available for download through our online system at your convenience.

Step 1: Request Submission

Step 2: Quotation & Confirmation

A quotation will be provided for customer review. Upon confirmation to proceed, a Customer Request Form (CRF) will be sent for completion and approval. Sample collection or pickup can be arranged if required.

Step 3: Sample & Payment

Customers are required to return the signed CRF, submit the sample, and make payment.

Step 4: Testing & Progress Tracking

Your request will be scheduled for testing, and a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor its progress.

Step 5: Report Release

Once testing is completed, the test report will be uploaded to the system. A download link and password will be sent via email notification.
