Step 1: Is your disinfection technology a UVC device?

These TECOLAB in-house test methods are suitable for UVC devices with antimicrobial activity. Each UVC in-house test methods are customized according to device application and antimicrobial claim. Let us know your device application here.

Step 2: What outcome would you like to achieve for your UVC device?

Step 3: Select your test microoganisms

The selection of microorganisms will depend on the antimicrobial claims that you would like to achieve and market for your UVC device. We can customize the selection for you with the following. 

Choose the antimicrobial activity spectrums you would like to have for your device:

Step 4: Select an appropriate contact time

The UVC exposure time is pre-determined by manufacturers.

Step 5: What are the soiling conditions associated with your UVC device?

Interfering substances, or commonly referred to as soiling, are used to mimic organic substances found on human skin, surfaces, and instruments. These soiling conditions can be accustomed to the target or application area of the UVC device.

Step 6: Place an order and send your UVC device to us

Fill in the test request form and place an order via email at info@tecolab-global.com.

You can deliver the UVC device to us via courier and provide us the tracking code. We will monitor the delivery status and inform you when we receive the system.

Step 7: Track the status of your request

Once we have received your UVC device, we will provide a tracking number to you. You can easily track the status of your request here.

Step 8: Download your password-protected test report

Download your readily available test report online with just a single click using the link and password provided via email notification. We will receive a notification once you have downloaded the test report.

For safety purposes, the uploaded test report will self-destruct after 7 days.

Step 9: Analyze your passing criteria in the test report with our laboratory experts

There is not specific passing criteria in our in-house test methods as the passing requirements will vary according to the Regulatory Authorities.
