What is TECOLAB Loyalty Program?

TECOLAB Loyalty Program is a rewards program implemented to provide special promotions and rewards to be redeemed by our loyal customers. Let your points grow with each order and step closer to enjoying rewards as a TECOLAB member.

How can I become a member?

All customers are eligible for our Loyalty Program! Join anytime, it’s free to sign up with no hidden fees!

All you have to do is register an account here and wait for our approval. The approval process may take up to one working day. Once it is all set up, you are good to go to start earning points with each completed order.

Note: Each company is entitled to one account only. In the event of change of personnel, simply update your email address and password. All other account information and points balance will be maintained for you.

How do I earn points? Will the points be counted immediately?

Points are earned with each order based on your total invoice for efficacy tests according to the following conversion:

MYR 4.00 = 1 point

EUR 1.00 = 1 point

The points will be reflected in your account as soon as payment is completed. Upon registering, we will give you 500 points for free to kick off your membership!

Note: Only efficacy test items qualify to earn points. Other services such as additional test report, sample shipment, outsourced test, etc. will not contribute to your points balance.

How does cancellation of orders affect my point balance?

If an order is requested to be cancelled for any reason and a credit note is issued, the equivalent points will be deducted accordingly from your account.

Do the points expire?

Yes, they do. Points earned shall expire within 1 year. We will send you an email reminder when they are about to expire so make sure to use them before they expire to enjoy the full rewards experience!

What rewards do I get? How do I redeem them?

Enjoy rewards in the form of cashback up to 3.5%, redeemable here. Make sure to register or log in first to enjoy the full experience.

Once you have accumulated enough points, simply add to cart the total cashback you wish to redeem and checkout. You may combine totals based on your available points and be used together in your next order. Our team will process your redemption and reach out to you within 2 working days to finalize the details with you.

Note: Rewards are only applicable for efficacy test items performed by TECOLAB. Rewards cannot be applied on other services such as additional test reports, sample shipment costs, outsourced tests, reimbursement costs, etc.

How long will my reward be valid for after redemption?

Once redeemed, the reward shall be applied within one (1) month. Failure to utilize the reward within this time may lead to the reward being forfeited.

How do I check my points balance?

Your points balance can be tracked on your account under “Points” including your earning and spending history.

What if I forgotten my password?

Visit the account page and click on “Lost your password?”, enter your username or email and our system will automatically send the link to your registered email address to reset your password.

Updating your account information

All account information including your name, email address and password can be updated from your account dashboard under “Account Details” when you are logged in.
